I am an in network provider for most Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO plan. I am an out-of-network provider for other insurance plans. However, I am happy to provide you a special receipt called a Super Bill to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
My fee is $225 per 50-minute session. I see clients weekly and the average person usually sees me between 12 to 18 months.
I work completely virtually utilizing a secure HIPAA compliant platform, which means that I am able to work with residents anywhere in Illinois! I see clients via Telehealth every week so that you have consistent, steady support and can move out of feeling like you are in constant crisis mode.
My specialties include perimenopause and menopause mental health, prenatal and postpartum mental health, anxiety, depression, parent coaching and support, SPACE (supporting parents with anxious childhood emotions) interventions, grief, relationship issues, and middle-life mental health.
